I am 5'11" 195 lbs and retired. Shoulder issues, normal arm strength but I don't do arm/bicep weight training any more. I purchased two sets, both Medium and Large, to wear while recovering from left elbow tendinitis. I wore the Large for all day support and warmth with comfort. It was a little loose over my bicep, proper fit over elbow and forearm. It stayed in place without adjustment, even while skiing a full day. The Medium might have worked for short periods of high effort, but I was avoiding that other than my physical therapy exercises. I also could sleep comfortably wearing the Large. The Medium got very little use. I have recovered from the tendinitis. In about 4 months of heavy use the Large sleeve stretched out just a little. It still provides plenty of support. I continue to use it when I expect to stress my elbow more than usual. And I still have the second Large sleeve in reserve.

Good quality and they fit snuggly and stay in place. Seem to have lessened the elbow pain quite a bit.

I had Popeye elbows and it reduces the swelling.Too much weight lifting 🏋️‍♂️ 🫴 💪

I love this. I'm a waitress with tendonitis in one arm and carpal tunnel in the other. This definitely helps with the pain and the numbing. I would recommend this a million times to anybody. Not being able to afford insurance, this is a really great support for my arm and hand.

It is an elbow sleeve, but does not offer great support. You could actually get the same results from a sock.

I purchased these for sore elbows I just started developing after some weightlifting workouts. Maybe that’s me getting older or my form going to crap lol. They seem to provide adequate support during my workouts and provide relief from soreness when needed for everyday use. The fit is perfect also but my one complaint is the material… it is kind of course and slightly chafes. It’s manageable especially for the price but a smoother material would be nice.

I recent injured my elbow (more so my tricep) and took some time off. I ordered these and noticed right away that it felt a lot better just wearing it around the house. The compression was nice and uniform around the elbow area. I tried it at the gym and it really helped. I felt a lot better with it on. It kept good compression, didn’t move around, kept the area warm, and held everything in place. I would recommend for anyone who had had issues with either tennis elbow and or with your olecrannon (basically the bone that is your elbow - more so with the tendons). The two pack for 30 bucks after tax and shipping Nug is a great deal. I’ve had it for a day but so far it’s doing what’s advertised. I want to try and wear it during the day on and off and try some other exercises with it but so far it’s great.

It actually helps my tennis elbow. Now it becomes a must when I play.

Worked perfectly

Honestly pretty happy with this. Really tweaked my inner elbow doing preacher curls at the gym and it was really bothering me after, hurting to supinate or pronate my hand and any kind of lifting force was uncomfortable. Bought this and used the sleeve with the arm strap to keep every right and in place and was able to keep working out regularly with greatly reduced pain. I have 11.5" forearms and 12.75/14" biceps (unflexed/flexed) and the small fits great for me. Tight but still moveable without cutting off circulation. Wore these maybe 5 or 6 times a week for almost 12 weeks and they haven't lost elasticity and the velcro seems good quality on the strap and can be wrapped around with large range of fit. Probably will buy these again for a second pair at work!
