Was lowkey intimidated to put this on but it was SO easy, took a couple of minutes. Can definitely feel the difference in the water quality and have seen improvement in my skin in hair after using for a couple of months. I ordered this shower head a very short time after I had purchased another one that worked perfectly. So, I had to wait until it was time to change the filter, to start using this one. I immediately noticed the change, my skin and hair feel dry and itchy and it washes away my hair color really fast. I had no problem installing it and I love the settings, everything works but the bad bad filter. I'm going back to buying a filter for my other shower head that had already solved my hard water problem.
