Great book - a completely new way of thinking about food
Before I bought this book, I believed that the food we eat can really affect our lives. I had had a few episodes of depression and suffered quite bad with pms. Following the guidelines in this book has not only made me feel so much better mentally, but I am physically stronger, have lost a few pounds (although I am quite slim anyway and I wasn't really looking to do this), my blood sugar levels have balanced and I don't get bloated like I used to. I've also really toned up without doing much exercise. The ideas are simple to understand and the food plans aren't anything fancy. I'd recommend to anyone.

If you want to understand nutrition get this book!!
I bought this book as I have recently got into Crossfit, I read this along side "The Paleo Solution" by Robb Wolf. Both fantastic books. This one I feel goes into more detail to give you a clear understanding of why you shouldn't have certain foods. Would recommend both books to any Crossfiter or anyone interested in improving there health and quality of life.

Zone diet
Haven't really looked at this book yet. The diet sounds interesting but it is taking me a while to get through the important points

A great book to get you started quickly
A great book to get you started quickly. Enough science to make the case for this way of eating, but all you need to do is follow the plan. I have reduced my blood glucose levels to normal, and am now reading 'Enter the Zone' to top up my knowledge. i will stay with it.

Worth a read
Made a lot of sense, been on the diet for two weeks have lost weight and I feel lots better
