I received this set as a gift and loved it so much I ordered two more. I ordered them for an event so they just sat in the box for over a month. When I opened the box the day before my event, I realized that one of them was broken. It was well past the return window so I reached out to JoyJolt. They were very kind and responsive and a replacement arrived a couple weeks later. They only sent me one, which I was actually really happy with because if they had sent me two I’d have an odd number of glasses. They are a bit delicate so be careful but these glasses are stunning and the customer service was great!

I've purchased many JoyJolt glass sets from Amazon. I am very happy with all of them. The design of these glasses is really nice. I use them for wine or anything else. I am grateful to the company for answering my question about putting them in the freezer. They were quick to respond. Their glasses have stood up well and the designs are enjoyable.

Great quality

When these arrived, I didn’t open the box because I was awaiting for glassware, and this box didn’t weigh anything. They are all pretty and elegant, however, they are thinner than some wine glasses I have. Hope they are durable .

Needed some highball glasses for my bar - great size and feel.

This16 oz Collins is perfect for a balanced tiki drink, not those crazy ones with a million ingredients. Or just 2oz spirit and the rest ice and filler. The walls of the glass are real thin and it makes me nervous when filling with ice that they'll chip or break. No matter, I like them. If I had the room, I'd buy more.

Poor quality. One of the glasses was uneven, the lines in the glass did not match. A second glass arrived completely shattered.
