Arrived quickly (I use prime). My fish (not cichlids but share same diet) seem to love this food and get more excited than they did when i was using small pellets. Alot more and bigger than i expected which is a great thing considering i already thought i was getting a good deal for a smaller size (my imagination of what 2.5oz would be)
