Maybe for Weightlifters...
This is a good quality, well-made mug and I like it. What I don't like is that, once liquid is added, it is heavy and that makes it unpleasant to use in my little elderly, female hands. Maybe it was intended for a man, but a quote from Esther seems very appropriate women, who also need courage. A thumb grip would have helped as well.
