With this product you get an overall better workout with any exercise that you'd use a rope for. Tricep pull downs, tricep extensions etc. I've used it for 120 lbs with no issue.

This item rocks. It lets you take the grip out do the equation for your rope exercises. Really helps with the mind-muscle connection. For sample, slip your palms into the loops and do some tricep push downs - takes the wrist joint and grip out of the equation. The only thing lifting the weight is your elbow joint extending.Just tried it on face pulls (it helped me pull at a slightly different angle), lat pullovers, tricep push downs, and it did not disappoint.Only downfall is that for my item, one strap is about 1cm longer than the other one. Noticeable when you compare your hands next to each other but probably doesn’t make a difference in reality. Just a small quality control issue.
