I'm happy that I ordered my regular size large and didn't follow their size chart because it shows I would have been a 4XL and never in life have I worn anything close to that size . To put it into perspective I'm 5'5 and weigh 175lbs and the Large fits fine with room. The suit itself seems to be decent quality and will have you sweating. I'm a newbie to this so it's recommended to wear it for 5-10 minutes during workout then gradually increase.

These sauna suits run small or I just gained a lot of weight. Hahah. I recently had surgery and can only do some light walking. I bought this sauna suit so I can sweat while im walking on the treadmill. I love it. Its light in weight, not bulky and does what i need it to do.

I should have got a bigger size up. The pants fit but the jacket was a bit small. I’m a a plus size girl and I usually order 2x when it comes to women’s clothing but I should of got 3x cause 2x is barely cutting it. I don’t know if I can return it for a bigger size?

do not be guided by the measurements on this chart. I was guided by the measurements guided by their chart. i am 170lbs. I ordered 4 XL. it was so big that 2 people could have entered the suit at the same time. I chose to send it back by collection by Royal. they collected it the next day. what is annoying is that I have not received any email from Royal or amazon for confirmation or with any update about the returned package. I got in touch with "customer services", I explained the problem to them and asked about the process of the returned package. they passed me from one to the other 3 times. they told me that the package is on the way and they can't do anything. after the parcel reaches them, only then will they return my money in 5-7 days or more. to buy after amazon started to be a headache. I would rather take my time to go to a store than mess with amazon. I needed this suit and wanted to buy the smaller size. the seller should rectify that chart which is totally wrong! if you want to waste some time and feel like getting angry, I recommend you buy it!
