I carry all my barbecuing needs to and from the barbecue. I love the fact that it condenses and is easy to store. I can recommend this product.

I ordered this ‘Collapsible Cutting Board’ to use in my RV where space is at a premium. It folds flat making it easy to store. The cutting is nice and big which I like. The fold up ‘basket’, though, can get in your way when your cutting or chopping especially if you have something big on the board. The surface is relatively hard, so you get a minimum of cut marks in it after repeated use. It cleans up very easily. My main complaint about this ‘’Collapsible Cutting Board’ by Comuster is actually it’s most unique feature….the fact that you can wash your fruits or vegetables off in it. The small silicone drain incorporated into the surface of the cutting board does not work very well at all…at least mine doesn’t. It won’t stay up to let you throughly drain what’s in it. I have to end up tipping it over over the sink to get the water out..and you still don’t get it all out. That’s too bad. But I will use this ‘COMUSTER Collapsible Cutting Board’ in my RV. It's handy and the right size for most of our needs, but the plug leaks. Not good at all when using as a cutting board and you have grease leaking onto the counter or across the floor when moving it. Looking for the same size without a plug.

I love cucumber salad, but hate the associated mess with the veggie prep. This product makes the whole job easier. Expanded the tub allows me to wash my vegetables thoroughly. I have worked in a produce distribution facility, and believe me, you WANT to wash your vegetable thoroughly. When the veggies are washed, I can pull the plug and drain out the tub. Then I collapse it down and use it as a cutting board. I prep the veggies with tub slightly expanded to hold in all the skins and pulp and what not, moving my chopped items to my mixing bowl as I go. When I am done I have a tub with all my extras that I can either compost (as my mother did) or carry to the trash (as I did). I don’t have a garbage disposal, so this works great. Finally, I expand the tub and use it to wash the knives and peelers as well as the tub itself. I can imagine a lot of other uses for this product and I see how it would be a great thing for a camping trip since it is lightweight, takes up minimal space and is very durable. A definite win for me all around.

The expansion of the depth for using as a washing basin is very helpful. It expands to a very nice depth of approximately 5 inches. It is an excellent depth for washing fruits and vegetables. The length and width are adequate as well for placement in a sink. The drain plug is a little flimsy. Collapsing it to the cutting board position is a little awkward and cumbersome but it is a nice feature. You will want to remove the plug before using as a cutting board so as not to cut the plug and render it useless. You need to be careful while using the cutting board so as not to cut the expandable rubber side portion of the basin. If you were to cut it the basin would leak water when expanded. The collapsing feature also makes for easy storage when you are not using it. There is a hole on one of the handles so you can hang it on a hook for storage. The legs are very sturdy and the rubber tips on them keep it from slipping on any surface you use it on. We were disappointed that it took two weeks from the day we ordered it for it to arrive at our home.

This is an awesome produce washing basket and cutting board! I needed to wash a bunch of vegetables to chop for pot roast I was making for dinner and this produce washing basket with cutting board came very handy. I like the fact that I could wash the vegetables in the basket and then collapse to use the cutting board to keep water contained without making my kitchen counters wet. Usually, I would have to wash produce in a bowl of some kind and then have to take out a separate cutting board. Invariably, my kitchen counter ends up with pools of water when I move the produce I want to cut to the separate cutting board on the counter. When I used this collapsible produce basket, my kitchen counters remained dry. In addition, this basket is big enough to soak large heads of lettuce or any large produce. The only issue with this produce basket has soft sides so I will have to be very careful using a knife without slicing the sides and damaging this produce basket.

I received this item free to give my honest and unbiased review. This is a very handy cutting board/sink. I can think of a thousand uses for it. It folds down to take up very little space. It then expands to a really nice little sink. It has a drain hole and plug in it so it can hold water with no leaks. You can prep your meal on the cutting board and then wash your dishes in the same area just by expanding it into a sink. We use it in our bird pen to wash feeders, waterers, etc. We have been looking for a way to get something to set on a cart and use as a counter and sink. This sink is the answer. We pour water into it and wash things up, pull the plug out and it drains. It is almost like we were in the house. We love this sink. I will definitely buy this again to wash our garden produce off and trimming it before bringing it into the house.

Update: We shut our water off on 12/12 due to a water leak. We started using this basin to help with washing dishes. Yesterday, the sidewall sprung a leak. It made it about a month and 8 days of daily use. The only reason I'm leaving any stars is because I can try to patch it, or I can use it as a picnic basket. Original Review: Months ago, I ordered a collapsible silicone picnic basket/bucket, complete with lid that converts into a dining tray. It had handles. I liked it so much that I jumped at the chance at another collapsible basin. I don't know why I didn't read it more carefully. A 3-in-one isn't always a multi-use product. Whereas my previous purchase could be used separately as a table and basin, this cutting board/basin CANNOT be separated. I thought the cutting board served as a lid. That' my fault. There's a drain, I think. It's a push-button type valve. I could not find a way to remove it. It's rather small for a basin, but I can wash a few plates and silverware in it easily. I think 6 coffee/tea mugs will sit in it nicely before there's no room for much else. I feel stupid, though. There's no way I'm going to use this as a cutting board AND a wash basin or basket. I need my cutting board to be CLEAN. Transporting items in the basket makes it unclean. Bottom line: Would I order again? Not for the cutting board feature. No, probably not. Would I gift? No, not unless I was using it as a gift basket.
