Excellent bit of kit easy to use good storage facility for spare blades

Mine came in gloss red and was very robust, a good weight, it felt nice in my hand. Overall quite sound When cutting you do accidentally press on the button that pushes the blade out in and out though, I’m sure you’ll find a way around it though. The blade compartment has a magnet inside, holds 5 or more blades and fits away neatly.

They have been making this for over 15 years. My last one lasted for 15 years until I lost it, very pleased it’s still manufactured new one exactly the same 100% well made product.

Poor Quality. Blade was always loose, locking mechanism was always loose, blade holder made handle too thick, spend a bit more and get a far better knife.

I'm neutral on these. Given the vast number of alternatives I won't buy these again but will try another design. Pros: Price, I paid £8.92. Spare blades on board. Blade changes are easy. Cons: Not very positive lock when opened or shut, I have to take care it's definitely locked either way. Easy to accidentally release the lock during use; the button is on the top where my fingers apply pressure during cutting. Sliding mechanism jams easily, sensitive to grit; not great on a building site.
