The lock is good but need extra caution on its lock if the door gets closed and no key from outside then it’s very hard to unlock at all . Rest all good but the fixing cost of this lock by godrej is 1500 too too high

Worst quality.. I faced issues of lock getting jammed and got no product support. Now bathroom has got locked from outside and because of door having expensive laminets can't able to even break it. Has to break the door as it's jammed when locked. There is a very small window and at 2nd floor of my house.. nobody can enter in from there. And now getting no support from Godrej
