I injured my ankle two months ago and have used sprays , support bandages and arnica. While things improved slightly I found I ended the day with a swollen ankle and pain. I did not want to simply take pain killers every day, which was the advice I was given, so bought the wrap without holding out too much hope. I have used it on the heat settings twice a day and the swelling has virtually gone, the ankle is still sore but there has been a marked improvement. It is actually quite comfortable to use. Really quite impressed.
