Great step up from regular balsamic vinegar
This is a welcome step up from your supermarket balsamic vinegar. It is actual balsamic vinegar mixed with some wine vinegar. A great choice between super premium pure balsamic vinegar and the fake one from the supermarket. It is very sweet and quite thick.

Great vinegar
Was expecting it to be a little thicker actually, however, the taste is immense.

Delicious
Previously a chef and I love it! Good depth of flavour and great to accentuate sauces and also good to use when making a decent dressing. Very happy and have bought this several times in the past. For the price it is reasonable value. The product is delicious :)

it's like buying good wine after drinking cheap wine
it's like buying good wine after drinking cheap wine. it is far better than the extra special brands you get in the supermarkets

Disappointed
I expected a richer, thicker, darker product, (I though this product was aged for 12 years but reading is closely it is aged in 12 barrels), what I got was watery and light in colour when poured out. How they claimed that this product is THICK, is beyond me.This is no different from the supermarket cheap brand, I have returned it back for a refund. Please see my photo for comparison, the left drop is La Secchia Aged 12 barrels Balsamic Vinegar and the right drop is Belazu Balsamic Vinegar.I have tried Belazu Balsamic Vinegar, its very thick, dark and has a slightly sweet taste @ £12.99. I have also tried Carluccio Aceto Balsamico which is very thick, dark, sweet @£19.95, this is my favourite, it's best to buy in their restaurant to avoid delivery charge.
