No clues that it was too short
The item was fine but the wrong size for my machine. My machine model was not listed and the dimensions in the description of this jug relate to the size of the box, not the jug - useless! With the lid on, this jug is 19cm tall. The jug I need uses the same lid but is 20.5cm tall with the lid on. As Amazon did not offer this taller version, I sourced it elsewhere online at £28 plus postage - much cheaper than this product. Notably, the taller jug comes in exactly the same sized box as this product, so that doesn't provide any clues. Unless your machine model is specifically named, I recommend you measure the height of your original jug and lid. If yours is 19cm tall, this product will be right, otherwise try 'Espares'.

DeLonghi Esam 6600 Coffee Maker Milk Jug and Lid Prima Donna
This product is part of the DeLonghi Esam 6600. My Milk Jug did get miner damaged as by my own fault.I ordered a new one as to replace the old one but must say that I could also fix the old one with glue.It is actually now very handy to have two jugs available.I found the product DeLonghi Esam 6600 fantastic. I really enjoy the coffee machine as I can make quality cappuccino and latte at home and enjoy it with friends and family.

Excellent jug, robustly made
Perfect and original milk jug for the DeLonghi 6600 Primadonna coffee maker. After several years, original has finally died. Recommend getting the milk jug cleaning fluid as well to improve usable life.
