I have chronic back pain and have tried many heat pads. In my opinion, this is the best out there. I love the size of the pad which is larger than most other brands. Instead of having two or three heat settings, you can choose what temperature is good for you. You can also set the timer so the pad switches off after your chosen amount of time. Another feature which I love is that you can store your preferences so you don't have to keep setting it up after each use. The heat pad cover is a nice neutral colour and the material is soft to touch and most importantly a good quality fabric. Lastly, I'd like to mention the company I bought it from. They have been so helpful and supportive. I wanted to buy additional pads as they're so good and they have gone out of their way to accommodate me. I use heat for pain relief so as you can imagine getting the right product is extremely important. The only downside is they're a little expensive but I suppose you get what you pay for. I can't recommend this product enough!
