I had my hair dyed blonde and it was super brassy and my hairstylist said to get a purple shampoo so I decided to do that and I know this is a good brand so I got they’re purple shampoo and conditioner. And getting both really helped the brass start to go away I was supposed to go back to my hairdresser to get lighter but this is working so I canceled because for right now I can wait this shampoo and conditioner is really helping the brassyness go away. Great quality shampoo for sure! And it makes my hair feel very soft and clean. The bottle size is at first I thought a little small but it’s actually a good size especially if you’re getting the conditioner too. And it has hydrated my hair. Only bad thing I have to say about it is the purple stays in ur bathtub you have to wipe it off.

This is the only purple shampoo that I have tried that really keeps the "yellow"out of gray hair. It cleans the hair well and smells nice too. When paired with the same conditioner, my hair is clean and soft. Very pleased to with this product.

The quality is good, but it smells like the man’s shampoo. I would prefer other smell

It really does brighten up your hair if you have blonde hair and get rid of yellow undertones, For gray hair it really does get rid of the dark grey tones. My grandma and I love this shampoo.

Great purple shampoo for white hair

This shampoo is so purple that it almost looks black so be prepared for a bit of a mess in the shower. I needed to use a pretty large amount to get enough for my shoulder length hair. I think it works alright and I will keep using it but it is not a good substitute for my usual Kenra purple shampoo. It is much cheaper though!

I recently got my hair colored, and the lady who did it messed up my hair pretty badly. I look like a 200 pound Cheeto, my friend who usually does my hair in Palm Springs, told me that she didn’t use a toner on it. He suggested I use the purple shampoo and conditioner. I’ve been using them both and it’s toning down the orange-ness of my hair.

I have white hair tat would get a yellowish cast. Had used the blue type shampoo for some years but yellowish still. Asked my hairdresser and she said not to use blue shampoos for yellow tones, blue is for more orangey tones. She recommended purple shampoo for yellowand it is a miracle worker. At 84 years old I am shocked that no previous hairdresser ever mentioned this difference between blue and purple shampoos.
