I started with one capsule a day for the first two days to make sure I didn't have any cramping or "emergency" side effects. Everything felt totally fine, so I’m moving up to the full two capsule dose to finish out the 15 days. It has natural ingredients with probiotics to support healthy movements after I've been traveling. Remember to stay hydrated!

It works well, but you need to be by bathroom.

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I actually really liked this detox. The Skinny Tox 15-day cleanse was super easy to take (just capsules) and didn’t mess up my stomach at all. Honestly when I got it I quickly started taking it but it awhile for it to work. I didn’t really notice any difference these few days and it caused my stomach to hurt when I tried to go sleep. It wasn’t hard to take but definitely not one of the best ones I’ve tried.

A gentle yet effective detox which is exactly what I needed after the holidays! I was skeptical to try this out at first, but I was pleasantly surprised. I feel slimmer and less bloated! Would highly recommend this brand!
