Now I get the hype!!!
So for a while now I’ve heard tons of people talk about how amazing Poscas are and how much better they are than standard paint pens. Well, I hadn’t bought any mainly because of their price however I recently started a project (the wooden sign in the photo) that required the use of paint and paint pens. So I grabbed my good old $2 paint pen and started my project. Well as I worked, I got more and more frustrated because the paint pen I was using would either leave blank spaces or a huge pool of paint would randomly come spilling out. So I decided to try out some Poscas. Well to make a long story short, I got the Poscas and I am blown away!!!!! The quality is absolutely perfect!!! The lines are crisp and even and fully opaque!!! The Poscas make this project so much easier and enjoyable. You can even see in the photo with the magenta colored flower, the difference between the cheap paint pen and the Poscas. The middle of the flower where it’s all spotty looking was done with the cheap pen and the crisp, opaque, bold lines were done with the Posca. The best part is that the paint is consistent the whole time, no blank spots and no pool of paint just randomly coming flooding out either. I dont know now why I waited so long to try them but, had I known the extreme difference it would make, I would already have a Posca in every color! If you are looking for a good quality paint pen then don’t hesitate to get a Posca!!! You will love it!! I will definitely be getting an entire set because these have renewed my desire to paint!!!

+5 FAR Better than I expected
I give 5 stars because everything went and works as expected. The shipping took a while but it was within the parameters that amazon gave to me. The markers took about a month to arrive but that was still faster than the 6 weeks that was estimated. Let me tell you though, the wait was worth it.DISCLAIMER: I am working with the 1M size of the marker so large sizes may vary in performance based on my observationsThe markers perform EXCELLENTLY. I was amazed to find what they could do in terms of the media and material the ink was applied to.Things I found the markers excelled at: -Standard sketch paper on top of: black Micron (oil based ) markers, water color, pencil, and even charcoal! There was some absorbency on copic markers, but it wasnt anything multiple coats could'nt fix. -Canvas: Acrylic and spray paint. Did not test oil paint -Any slightly textured plastic or metal -Wood(non laminated)I found that when it came to smoother surfaces like glass, laminated surfaces, and non-textured metal/plastic, the ink would apply onto the surface, but would not adhere very well all of the time. The drying times were much longer (as expected) and the ink would sort of "curl up". It was more difficult to achieve crisp edges on a smaller scale, but it was definitely not impossible. In terms of blocking in larger areas I think it would take a large amount of work to achieve a very opaque coverage. The marker could adhere to some clothing materials but the ink came out thin and faded due to it being absorbed (also expected). The marker worked very well on leatherAll in all the markers performed way beyond my expectations and I'm very glad to have purchased themPS: if this is your first paint marker and are concerned with the fact that there is no ink coming out after opening them your solution is as follows:Shake well. Then firmly but quickly press the tip into a hard surface (the tip is spring loaded). This will allow some paint/ink to flow from the chamber into the tip. Do NOT over do it was your marker will bleed everywhere. I found 2-3 quick pressed loads the marker sufficiently for a few sessions.

Great for detailed projects on hard, smooth surfaces
These white paint pens couldn't have been more perfect for my project - turning a $5 piece of scrap shelving from the 'as is' section of IKEA into a wedding sign. I can attest that these pens work great on particle board (which is what's pictured), but I also tried them on driftwood, and the results weren't nearly as good. Just make sure you're getting what's appropriate for the surface you're working with. These seem to do better with hard, smooth surfaces, based on my experience. The sign in the photo took about 1-1/2 pens to make. The fine point of the pens are great for more intricate script fonts - you'll have far more control over small details with these pens than with a paintbrush. I was impressed that the pen tips didn't dry out as I worked, even after being uncapped for 20 or so minutes at a time. I would occasionally shake the pen and press it down on a scrap piece of paper to get the paint going again, which seemed to work well. One thing to watch out for is that when you're getting down to the end of a pen's paint supply, the paint will start to look beady or dotty when trying to draw in a straight line, which you'll have to go back and correct with a new pen.

A good product that worked perfectly for the job I had to do!
The media could not be loaded. I purchased these to mark items with numbers. I use them on my rifle mags to identify them and to keep track of the mag numbers to note how well they perform on the range and in the field. I liked the fine tip and white paint of the Uni Posica pen and it did an excellent job of helping me to tag the magazines with ID numbers. I could even write on metal parts to identify them. The paint is water based but it dries very quickly and seems to be water resistant. I did make a mistake on one part and I immediately wiped off the text using an alcohol swap and it came off perfectly. I wiped it off before it had the opportunity to fully dry. These pens performed well and did the task I had to accomplish and it looked professionally done. I recommend these pens as a good quality product.I use these pens a lot to tag multiple items and they do a good job. They have lasted a long time and did not dry out when capped properly.

A must have
These are a must have for colorists! The only thing I wish is that I could get an even thinner lined one.

Posca White Pens, set of 3
I ordered these 3 Posca Pens, white, on 12 Feb 2019. Today is 18 May 2019. They have not arrived. There has been no word from the vendor, no word from Amazon, no information about an "attempted" delivery, nothing. I have to say that this is very bad customer service. I will not order from this company again and I do not recommend that anyone order from this company because they can not guarantee that their products will arrive to the consumer. I had to put one star, but if I had the choice, I would give them zero stars.

Awesome opaque markers
Great opaque fine marker. You need to pump it up by pushing down the nib so the ink will come out then you are good to go but be careful to not push down whilst you are using it otherwise the ink will drip all over the place. When it's no more as opaque as your first strokes just push down onto another paper or whatever to let the ink flow again so you may need a draft paper whilst you using these to control the ink flow... anyway posca markers are really great in my opinion and they are easy to use once you'be understand how it works.

This is a great line of markers
This is a great line of markers. Doesn’t bleed through your paper. Lots of choice for tips, fine to heavy lines.

Love Posca pend
I use these pens for highlights in watercolour painting. They are the best I have used, and I have tried many different white pens.
