This is a cleverly designed dustpan which has teeth which remove hair and debris from the brush very effectively. No more picking the hair out of the brush with one's hand.It is robustly made and folds up flat so it can hang on a wall (has a hanging hole on the top of the handle). It is a good useful size and is easy to use for old arthritic hands. The dust also stays in the pan while you carry it to empty. The flat edge of the pan fits well along the floor so the dust does not go underneath. Recommended.

I bought this to replace my 4 year old one as the edge on the dustpan came off.This new version is a bit bigger & heavier but easy to use.We noticed last week the rim on this one started bending after only a few weeks meaning the sweepings were going underneath.My OH managed to bend it back & seems to be OK now.

This is second purchase - slightly larger than the original one and all the better for it. Larger head sweeps the floor well and dust pan collects dust and mess from the brush with ease. Slightly heavier weight may not suit all as does not balance as well with the extended handle but small issue. Well constructed with the dust pan able to stand upright and hold the broom handle without falling over.

I have purchased a few long handled dustpan and brush sets in the past due to my disability needs, this is by far the best so far, firstly it seems more robust than my previous sets and the dustpan is deeper.I love the brush head comb feature which works better than expected and the extending handle, the only change I would make would be to add a wide non-slip grip to the lower half of the brush as I have minimal grip strength in my hands to twist for the mechanism.

I do not dislike at all. The height is ideal for average height of 5'5 - 5'8 and it is sturdy and the colour combination means that it can be located easily.

The rubber lip has just come away from the pan so now the dirt goes under the dustpan. Should be more robust considering the cost.

I never thought it would be possible to feel evangelical about a dustpan and brush but this is a great product. It now stands in our utility room and is really easy to use when one of us trails into the house bringing in straw, hay or dust from the farm with us. Somehow it is much more conducive to use for avoiding the need to bend down to floor level.The comb on the pan is very good for us, as we live on a farm and it allows hay and straw to be combed out of the brush.

OXO does it again with a great quality must have cleaning product around the house. I hate the big broom and dustpan sets usually sold in stores, this OXO one packs in such a small footprint but extends to a very usable length.I used it mainly to clean my garage and patio, nothing to complain, very efficient. I'm 5'5'' and I don't even extend it fully; I know this is called `butler` set and some don't like it, but it's the feature that sold this product to me. The dustpan is still generous enough to fit a decent amount of leaves. The comb teeth are practical and I love I can lock the dustpan upwards for easier storage (and no dust on the floor even when I don't have time to fully clean the broom).It's easy to assemble and setup without breaking any sensitive fingers in the process.After a good swipe it is also easy to rinse with water in a medium sized sink, just to get all the dust out of the way.The nylon bristles have some softness, they aren't very rigid, which I much more prefer. But this also be a negative point for others. Some hairs started fraying after good use, but that happens to any broom one actually uses.

I really like this broom. The bristles are soft enough and sturdy. Coming from a house with cats, its really handy! I hate touching a broom. I like that it can stand on its own or it can be hung.

Estoy muy contenta con mi compra, esta escoba me ha facilitado mucho el trabajo, es ligera, fácil de manejar, entra en cualquier rincón y arrastra muy bien la basura. No se le adhieren los pelos tanto como a mi antigua escoba que era más gruesa.El recogedor también es muy práctico, no se voltea, se aplana bien sobre el piso para poder recoger todo el polvo. La escoba se mete en el recogedor para guardarlos y ocupan muy poco espacio.Ambos artículos se ven de buena calidad y resistentes. Son caros, pero valen la pena.

Gute Qualität, funktioniert einwandfrei und ist gut durchdacht. Ich bin lediglich etwas verwundert über die Teleskopstange des Besens, diese kann nämlich nur durch Drehen zurück verstellt werden und nicht wie erwartet über einen Knopfdruck. Das ist ein bisschen Gefummel beim Zusammenpacken, allerdings finde ich sonst das Design und die Handhabung sehr überzeugend. Der Preis ist natürlich annähernd doppelt so hoch wie von ähnlicher Konkurrenzware aus China, aber ich bin letztlich den positiven Rezensionen gefolgt und bin bisher sehr zufrieden mit dem Kehrer.
