GREAT TO REPAIR AND PROTECT MAILBOX POST
Bought this is part of a mailbox rehab project. Old post was beat up at the bottom from my string trimmer. This allowed be to rehab the existing post that I painted black. Bought mainly for appearance but it also protects the post from further damage. An inexpensive solution much cheaper and less work than buying and installing a new post.

I have installed these around mailbox, privacy fence, hose reel, bird house 4 x 4s. I noticed my neighbors 4 x 4 were all chewed up from weed whackers. So as I have put new things up, I install these.
