Low battery life

I am going to have to return it as I have fought it hard to hold on / due to all rounded edges/ and very ineffective in terms of time it takes doing the shave. I already have two others and wanted to try this amazing looking design but in vein. I usually shave with a regular razor and use such tools only to remove the remains. It is very hard to shave the surface of upper lip. I think flat designed tools work much better.

Absolutely useless. Didn't do a thing. Couldn't cut through the whiskers. Nothing like what is shown on the website. Not worth returning so threw it away.

I have kept the package ready since 11th Apr and no one visited to collect it. As per return instructions it was supposed to be picked on 12th Apr. The product does not work as shown in video. It does not shave properly, just wastage. Very poor service
