This is a great way to sweat and lose some water weight to make weight so he qualifies to play his sport. I don't like the stringent weight requirements to the sport, but we are only talking about 1-3 pounds for a short period of time.

If you’re not looking to sweat don’t buy. I use this for my morning run and it makes it very intense! Fits like a glove like really! Sweat stays under shirt and if when you get don’t sweat will pour like water 💦 no jokes! Weight is not bad at all! No smell! Vey versatile!
