Avondale Manor Valena 5-Piece Quilt Set, King, Multi Color

I order this quilt thru Groupon and they sold out before they filled my order. I was a little nervous about paying $126.00 on Amazon without knowing the quality of the quilt and Groupon was about $50 less.. I'm 100% glad that I spent a little more money to get what I wanted. The quality is great, I found no flaws. The pillows are better then I expected; some times when you buy bedding sets the pillows are small and cheap looking. I did a little research after the quilt arrived and found that it sold at retail stores any where from $400 to $250 depending on the store and state.

The quilt is nice. Design is just as shown. The design on the shames are identical. Meaning you have to have one of the openings facing outward. If your like me, I like both my openings to face each other so the pillow don’t show through the openings. So for that to happen, the designs should have opposite openings.The size is wrong. It shows the quilt covering the whole bed and hanging down to the floor. When I put this on my bed, it barely covered the top mattress and still was more than half way up the side of my bed. I realize that I do have a large bed frame, but still expected the quilt to cover the mattresses and be longer on the sides.Also, if your looking for one of those soft cotton quilts, like I was, this is not it. This feels more synthetic and feels almost like plastic.

It was very pretty! Exactly what I wanted! The only thing I didn’t like was the comforter did not go to the floor. Thank goodness my old bed shirt matched it. The comforter only went about halfway down. The picture is kinda miss leading. But still very pretty. Very happy with it. 😃

I love it! No one else carried it in a king size. Thank you!
