A very well designed, sophisticated looking improvised tourniquet. I am using this mainly for training, but beyond doubt a must have for any tactical first aid kit.

Bad stitches.
The stitches of the strapes aren't strong enough. I don't think it won't hold for more than 30 to 45 mins.
