Great pan for making individual cheesecakes!
I have only used once so far but was very impressed with the sturdiness of the pan and clean-up was easy. The cheesecakes released effortlessly from the pan due to the pans construction! No cheesecakes we’re harmed in the process!

Fantastic pan
This a an awesome pan (I use it for mini cheese cakes) that is heavy, nonstick, so well made. No cheap but you get what you pay for!! I’ve been using it for about a year and love it with its little removable bottoms. I only hand wash it which is so easy with a spongy bottle brush and some dish soap.

This pan is awesome!
It is the perfect size for mini cheesecakes, very easy to clean and solid. By solid, I mean that the pan is a good weight. The only negative is removing the cheesecakes but I do not see anyway around that issue. You have to push up from the bottom and carefully pull the cheesecake from the pan (It is the same on any pan).

Difficult to Remove Individual Cakes
I made some mini pumpkin cheesecakes using an internet recipe. The recipe was incorrect on the amount of batter and time to bake, therefore, i had to throw away some of the cakes and baked the rest until they were done. I did find it difficult to remove the individual cakes from the pan. I found some helpful hints on the internet for removing the individual pans by freezing them first. I plan to try again.

Perfect pans
The media could not be loaded. My no bake vegan cheesecakes came out perfectly. So easy to use and clean. I used cake collars but didn’t need to line with parchment, the nonstick did its job. I would 100% buy again and so glad I chose these over silicone molds.
