Barbary & Oak BO800253CRM Shallow Cast Iron Casserole Pan with Durable Enamel Interior, 28cm, Camembert Cream

This is a beautiful, heavy, and high quality shallow casserole dish that can easily make meals to feed 2-4 people. Very heavy, but heat distribution is great. I use this on an electric glass hob and have had no issues at all, cleans up great and a little bit of baking soda on tough stuck on food does wonders.

This product appeared to be in good condition on receipt but after only a handful of uses the enamel on one handle started cracking and flaking off. Tried to contact Barbary and Oak several times for help to claim under 12 mths warranty as there was clearly a fault with the enamelling - no response. Very helpful lady at Amazon arranged return & refund. The casserole itself was v good & cooked well but take care - very hard to contact B & Oak in event of warranty claim.

Looks nice and seems like sturdy quality but it has started to rust near the rim after just 2 uses. I cleaned and dried well and still happens.

This is a lovely large Shallow Casserole Dish , had it a few weeks now , and is used a lot . Cooks well , and cleans well, Heavy yes but that’s the nature of these dishes. In my opinion this is comparable with the leading brand of this type of kitchen equipment. But at a third of the price .

Good quality. Is heavy but expected so as is cast iron.
