Reliable and safe if properly installed and maintained.
These hand grips stay put and are reliable. That's the most important aspect of hand grips, no? My wife has relied upon them ever since. (Still good to check their attachment from time to time as wet walls do loosen attachment over many weeks).

Good Size But Check Suction Each Time You Use
These work well on my bathroom shower tile wall, but make sure you check them each time you get ready to use them because they can and do come loose over time. They are a good size with plenty of space for you hand to grip. I like being able to position them where I want them. Place them higher for an adult or lower for a child.

WORK WELL BUT ONLY ON PERFECTLY SMOOTH SURFACES.
These work well but if you have any amount of texture on your tiles, these will not be effective. Their contact will be tenuous and it will be unsafe to rely on them with any reasonable amount of force. They are probably best with polished ceramic or porcelain tiles. Be careful otherwise. If they are not sticking that well, try applying a very thin layer of vaseline to the suckers. This will help fill spaces with textured tiles.

Quick, Temporary, and Effective—Ideal for Added Stability!
Needing a temporary bathroom safety solution, I decided to try these suction grab bars. They quickly attach to tile surfaces, providing decent stability for my father as he navigates the shower and bathroom. Installation is effortless—just flip the suction latches, and they're secure.I routinely check them for strength, as suction can weaken over time. So far, they've held firm and provided much-needed support during showers and daily routines. They aren't a substitute for permanent grab bars but offer peace of mind and immediate stability. For temporary use or traveling caregivers, these are an affordable and practical choice, significantly enhancing bathroom safety with minimal effort.

I couldn't keep it stuck to the shower wall. Maybe it's didn't know or how to do it

Need adjusting periodically
Sturdy. Altho you need to readjust when air or water seeps in.
