My sealed box only had 702 wicks
This box did not appear to have been tampered with or returned. It was sealed with 1 piece of tape indicating that it had never been opened. It only had 702 wicks.

They did not work as intended.
They would not stay lit. I could not use them for them for what I needed them for. I had to return them. ☹️
