DO & G Leather Collection Dog Collar, Small, Yellow

Unfortunately I brought this based off of the reviews & without measuring my dogs neck therefore underestimating the size of it (i now know his neck is about 20inches) and so the whole collar is about the same size as his actual neck meaning that there was no way it was actually going to do fit. I absolutely love the collar and the colour on him so I was determined to make it fit, so I used his old black collar to make a small extension clip and the collar now fits! He pulls on his lead a lot during walks so ive had to buy another collar incase the extension breaks and this collar will be used for home roaming, but all in all the design and quality of the collar is absolutely beautiful, I just wish the brand would make an XL as I think the large is the biggest size available :(

I’ve had this collar for a month, now. Or, rather, my Alsatian has. Typically I’d apply dubbin to a leather product, to soften and rainproof, but the outer layer seems to be a coating. It certainly lasts. There’s not a trace of wear-and-tear. You have to measure your dog’s neck, however, to find the exact collar to fit. My Alsatian, Rex, at 14 months of age has a measurement of 18 inches. The largest DO & G collar is at maximum 18 inches. And I’d expect his neck-size to increase by an inch or two in time. I have a”comfy fit ace” collar, (also sold by Amazon), on hand for later. But this collar is very durable, looks good, (I’ve the yellow one), and currently fits my dog. I did find at the last hole, at 18 inches, I needed to secure the end of the strap with a cable tie. But, Rex visits my neighbours, (unfortunately), and as he’s still too trusting the cable tie ensures it’s hard to remove his collar. In other words, it’s hard to steal his collar. It’s an unlikely event, but possible at the same time. Overall I’m giving this collar 4 stars. Once you are careful about the sizing, and you want a long-lasting leather collar, this is a good candidate.

Looks great, I like the Saffiano style texture on the leather. It seems quite robust and sturdy, though it was a little stiff at first, I'm hoping it might soften up over time but it's no big deal really. X-Small is a great size for my miniature pinscher on the smallest hole, which for the record measure between 23-28cm. Looks great overall and I'm tempted to buy a few other colours so I can be one of those mental dog people that match their dog to their outfit, but hey why not, eh.

Smaller than expected. I bought a large for 4month old German Shepherd at the time, but was far too small. Used for my medium sized border collie instead and fits perfectly. Very durable and beautiful colour. Still in good condition a year later. Would recommend but be careful with sizing.

Bought this for my puppy & was so impressed I bought the next size up for when he gets bigger.

Nice colours, but it started fraying within a few weeks. It’s certainly not leather, which I wanted but I needed it so have kept but it will need replacing as it’s very scruffy now. Fine if you don’t want leather but it should state it clearly. The cute little tag it comes with detached shortly afterwards also. Lovely blue colour though. Expensive for what it is.

This is a beautiful and quality collar for a great price. The material is sturdy and has held up really well with all day wear. The colour has shown no sign of fading despite my dog spending loads of time outdoors in all conditions.I got a size small for my 11kg poodle cross and its on the smallest notch so sizing is fairly generous.

Great quality, looks very smart and the pooch loves his new look
