I use this oil for my knee arthritis and lower back pain it's effective as you need to constantly use very small amount of the oil can cover majore of the area that you need to relife the pain . Smells nice and very herbal ,will buy that again .

It’s not tiger balm but works as well as, If not better . The jar is much bigger than Tiger balm and great value for money . I have been using it on my lower back to aid my recovery and it has been brilliant . I Would recommend this too anyone to try

I've personally used this product for a few year's now, both personally & in a professional environment as a massage therapist. It works well in soothing muscle's , in my case i use to go deeper to joint's & it works wonders. One great advantage is it doesn't smell as strong as tiger balm's
