The string has no grip
The pot keeps sliding out of the grip of the hanging string.

Beware : no hanging chains/hooks provided as shown in product image
Do not trust TrustBasket. I received my order of brown fern hanging puts without the hanging chains/hooks. After ordering the replacement, the delivery agent did not accept the hanging pots since there were no hanging chains in the package inspite of mentioning that hanging chains were missing while ordering the replacement. Please read the reviews before buying anything from TrustBasket as many reviewers have mentioned that their order had missing parts.

Pleasantly surprised
The product exceeded my expectations ... was much better than what you get at local nurseries.Plus point is the drain tray which helps water to drain and accumulate at the bottom of the pot thereby providing water to the plants even if you have forgotten to water them for a few days.

Missing pieces
I had ordered hanging pots. Received the 6 pots but only 3 hangers. Asked for replacement without verification as advised by Amazon customer service but not yet received the replacement
