It's Pepto-Bismol, it works like Pepto-Bismol. I wish they sold the extra strength in regular flavor, the cherry flavor is disgusting.

The taste is classic Pepto (minty-chalky, but manageable), and the relief it provides far outweighs that. I keep a bottle in my medicine cabinet at all times because it works fast and consistently. Definitely worth it if you need reliable nausea and upset stomach relief.

I usually get the regular flavored ultra and purchased the cherry by mistake. I didnt Think it would be an issue but this actually made my heartburn worse. Idk if there is something wrong with the batch or if I have Some previously unknown reaction to the cherry flavor . I’ve never reacted to cherry flavors before . I was Just up all night long, and I must’ve drank almost half a bottle of this in a 12 hour period . I have No idea if that’s too much but I was Desperate . And I kept going back and forth between this and oat milk for calcium and then baking soda in water . Normally that would help at least a little . I have Pretty awful gastritis but this might’ve been the worst episode yet, the acid was choking me all night even sitting up . It obviously took me a while to put it together that this stuff is the only difference and it did seem my heartburn worsened after drinking it , but it really didn’t occur to me that something Meant to help could make it worse , when normally the ultra does help . But eventually it became obvious as my skepticism grew . So yea my mistake for accidentally buying the cherry but I had No idea it could make things worse . As if that’s not bad enough ITS NOT RETURNABLE. So I have 2 unopened bottles I can’t use and on fixed income with disabilities. Without a doubt , the Walmart brand worked better than this , this was truly awful .
