I can't fault this B12 and its absorbency. The supplement is tiny and has a nice flavour to it which can be taken in a few ways (under the tongue, chewed or swallowed) I can always trust Solgar for good quality products. Unfortunately, there have been links to excessive B12 and acne in some individuals online and I seem to have experienced a few new breakouts approximately a week into trying this on my forehead. (Different looking to my usual hormonal acne) I had made no other changes to skincare and have avoided my trigger foods - I can't say for 100% certain whether B12 was the cause but there is quite a lot of information online related to this so just wanted to write a warning, especially if you are already suffering from acne or find yourself suddenly breaking out.

Let me stat by saying I never usually wrote reviews but these are so good I wanted to share. For a long time I’ve suffered from insomnia, getting to sleep ok but not staying asleep, waking for up to 3 hours every night and the finally waking at least an our before my alarm. A blood test showed B12 deficiency and I took B12 supplements from Nutrition Geeks for a year with no effect. Within 2 weeks of starting these my sleep has improved, I almost never wake during the night and sleep right up to my alarm. It’s seriously life changing, I have more energy to exercise during the day and my concentration at work has improved massively. I used to think I was lazy but actually I was just exhausted.
