I was so excited once it was together. It is exactly what a i was expecting. Good quality, size was good , the weight is not bad, and the color is perfect. No missing parts yayyy!

This is a very nice piece of furniture. It is very sturdy and well built. Some of the instructions are hard to read but are not to difficult. I liked how the hardware screws, bolts, nuts, etc... came with one or two extras.I did have to get another person to help me and it went a lot faster with an electric screw driver.This is well worth the money.

Good looking product, seems sturdy. It comes in a heavy box, and the drivers aren’t too strong. So it came damaged, luckily the damage is on the backside. The hassle of returning wasn’t worth it, so I kept it. Looks good under a 65’ tv,

This had a 4 four star rating and after reading many of them the main reason was the customer had received this item and there were broken pieces. Otherwise, everyone loved it. So, I went for it and am very pleased with this entertainment center. Lot's of storage!! I have a bunch of DVD's and this did the job. Very sturdy too. Perfect for my set up.

Particle board garbage. Arrived broken and only way to send back was to pay postage myself at over $300. One star is gracious

So first off, I want to say once assembled it’s not bad and has plenty of storage. The process to assemble it however is horrible. It’s apparent when building it that whatever process they use to machine the parts and add anchors and holes is not great. Some of the metal screw holes had sharp hanging bits that needed to be trimmed, and there were many instances where bolts had to go into plastic anchors and they were not lined up even remotely well. The Allen wrench included is frustrating and fights fitting into the screws. In most situations, they could have just used a Phillips head instead of that wrench to avoid the incredibly arduous and aggravating process of turning it around odd corners and lips.There are many points where the instructions have you install parts in very awkward positions. You’ll need to flip this thing upside down and on its side a few times just to get things installed correctly. Many pilot holes are not properly drilled leaving you to need power tools. You cannot assemble by hand with a screwdriver. In once instance, I had to forcibly pull 2 parts from each other just to get bolts to line up because they were so misaligned. Some instructions have tiny images that just make the whole process confusing.It’s also clear they include some second hand market LED strip, because the strip included has an adhesive band, but the instructions tell you to use little clips included instead.It was probably the worst assembly process I’ve ever gone through.Also, suspiciously, a lot of the parts were machined in the exact same way/share an uncanny amount of similarities to another brand from the same country of origin, so it’s my thought that these furniture kits are made by the same manufacturer but sold through many smaller companies. Even the stickers and instruction manuals were identical. Even leaving 1 extra screw/part in each included package was the same.
