Saffron is very strong
The saffron is very strong but it did help calm and improve my mood

Flavor = Saffron
It tastes saffron with some orange in? They should put that on the front. At first I hated it, it tasted SO off. Definitely not like orange. After a few weeks I gave one to my elderly parent and she LOVED it. LOVED. She said, "I love saffron!" So I took it again, this time expecting saffron, and it tasted goooood, haha.

Works, but they taste terrible!
I do believe they helped my mood and stress on the two days I was able to eat one. But that's it, I had to give the rest away to the person that recommended them to me. If you have any aversion to coconut, you may find the smell and taste too off-putting to overcome. It doesn't smell like coconut, but I think that's the only thing I saw in the ingredients that I would have steered away from if I'd noticed it before buying.

They help my Granddaughter
Bought for granddaughter for anxiety at school. It’s sad how much you hear about young children having anxiety. I’m glad there is a herbal remedy to help with anxiety. Yay for your company. She says they help! That is all that matters to Nana!
