This bag of black cumin seeds is large and a good price for the amount however I would not buy it again. I grind my seeds before I use them and it is stronger than any other brand and I even the company and asked about it because it is a bit too bitter for me. I was told that it is supposed to be that bitter but it is almost inedible. It may be better for you but it has to taste good or you won't use it... I know that I have previously had it in other brands and after grinding them it is normal to taste on the stronger side and to be a little bitter but this is so strong that just a tiny about is just too much. I also think that it would take an awfully long time to use this much up so I would buy a smaller amount of a different brand next time.
