Did you know that Body Wonders 100% Pure Geranium Oil has geraniol, which contains glutathione, the same enzyme produced by the liver when you take a coffee enema? You can use this with your coffee enema, for enhanced benefits; or you can skip the coffee altogether. It can be tricky to get the oil in; some folks make coconut oil suppositories, but unless you live in a permanently tropical place, you are asking for a clog in your sewage system with that, come cold weather, and the presence of a lot of roots! To use the geranium oil in a retention enema for detox, I wet or oil the inside of my bucket and tubing first, by using some of the liquid; then I add an inch or so more of warm coffee/water/etc and the oil, and use that, letting the oil go as far down the tube as it naturally will. Then, add more of the warm liquid (I just do it all lying down, with a tall Thermos w side handle near me, containing the solution, and the bottle of geranium essential oil. I just reach up and pour into the bucket (using a translucent plastic bucket helps for me). I also do feel more secure wearing my reading glasses to do this, because I don't want the geranium oil in my eyes!! I LOVE the smell of this stuff: it smells like ROSES/rose geranium! I like to put it on my lymphatics, and wear it; it makes me feel happy :) I have been purchasing a few different brands of 100% Pure Geranium Oil on Amazon, depending on price and availability; I feel certain this is the same as Majestic Pure and others. A great product, made in India for millennia, and I am reasonably sure, since I have used so much of this, that it isn't cut. Although I am not a chemist :)
