Not quite, what I wanted.
My dislike is that it fits too tight to my face and makes it feel uncomfortable. It's also too thick for my taste, I guess it wasn't what I was looking for. This is me, it might fit others just right.

This is a thin fleece gaiter, not thick and warm like a real turtle fleece, and the pocket for the hand warmer really has no way to secure the top.
