What is the shelf life on this prosuct?

Hope this helps... I bought my bottle on 24 February 2020. Mine has been opened and left in the fridge and still tastes great. The bottle states best before Feb 2021. The website states, "Once opened, keep refrigerated."

The blurb at the top says vegan friendly but the ingredients lists butter (milk). Is this vegan or not?
