Great candy, and price. The toffee tasted fine to me. I had read all the negative comments posted and do not agree with any of them. I used these candies to put into small containers, along with other good quality candy, for our yearly family reunion. This reunion is at the end of July and I know these toffees will be a great hit and people will asking me where I got them. I'll be sure to let them know they can get them thru Amazon. :) Update from July 25, 2023: As mentioned above, I buy these candies for our yearly family reunion. Each year they cost more and more, but worth it. Everyone loves them! Bought two 5.5 pound bags, for a little under 97 dollars. Used to be half of that about three years ago. They are very creamy, chewy but not too hard. I highly recommend them. :)

This is a great sized bag if you are creating favors or selling. They arrived Fresh and Chewy, Great wholesome flavor. No funky aftertaste, just a desire for the pure caramel taste! WoW!

I love these things. Everyone I have ever given some to loves these things. They’re kind of expensive, but a nice treat when I feel like splurging. This batch was fresh and soft. Sometimes they’re not as soft, but they still taste delicious.

I had sampled these toffees at the local SAS store, which hands them out when you make a purchase and they were so soft and deliciousthat I had to have more. I searched the internet and the manufacturer in England would not sell them to an individual, but I was happy to find out they were available at Amazon. The 5 pound order arrived and they were so hard you couldn't even bite into them - they were inedible. Also, the product was not returnable, so I had to just throw them out. A real waste of money!

I first discovered these delightful blobs of wonderfulness when I went to England in 2001. Then I forgot about them. Then my son brought some home from a little shop in Norcross, GA that sells imported yummies from the UK for homesick expatriates. For a couple of years we've been buying the small bags from the little shop, and slowly going broke. THEN!! I was browsing around Amazon, as one does, and found this Super Duper Giant Economy Size bag of these English bits of decadence!! I purchased them! I am slowly eating them (as they are so rich you only need a couple at a time)! And I SHALL REORDER WHEN I RUN OUT!!! Seriously, though, if you like caramel, the soft chewy kind that can pull the fillings right out of your head, try these instead. They're just firm enough to give some resistance, but once they soften up they slowly dissolve and you are never in danger of de-filling a tooth. BUY THESE NOW!!! You know you want to.

These are always a special treat. I rarely spend $50.00 for treats, but these are worth the cost. Perfect, flavor and texture. I’m putting these in my Christmas stockings. My family will be thrilled!

This is a very soft and creamy toffee. It tasted almost like the high quality toffee, but it chewed very differently and didn't last nearly as long in the mouth. I thought the individually wrapped pieces would be especially convenient. They might have been if the paper wrapping had been done after the toffee solidified. A substantial number of the pieces had at least part of the end of the paper embedded in the toffee. Had to chip away at the embedded paper in order to not eat a combo of toffee and paper.

You can’t stop at one. All the flavours are good

Love this toffee. I bought it with Christmas in mind but I'm not sure it will last that long😉
