Acana Light and Fit Dog Food, 2 kg

Having buying this food for many years and our dogs love Very quick delivery and kept up to date with delivery.

I researched on dog foods when I got our springer spaniel and this seems the best. He gets three handfuls a day with wet food/chicken/mince or liver. Whilst I would prefer not to give him any kibble, this is low carb and helps keep his teeth clean. And he loves it!

I've been feeding my dogs Acana for years. Neither me nor my dogs have a preference for any specific flavour (not that I've tasted them) so I just buy whichever is cheaper at the time. I can only say positive things about Acana. Human-grade ingredients sourced locally from their region of Canada. No fillers and nothing imported from dubious countries. Nothing in the ingredients list that you need to be a chemist to understand, just proper food. If you're reading this and wondering whether Acana is worth the price - you MUST have a look at their feeding guides first. Thanks to the lack of indigestible filler ingredients, you feed smaller amounts of Acana than you would with supermarket brands. This makes it cheaper to feed than so-called "premium" brands like Eukanuba... Although if you're feeding a proper bottom-of-the-barrel budget food then yes this is a lot more expensive, but please research what goes into the budget food because it's horrific.

A good food full of good ingredients, not as good as the brand's more expensive food, but a very good compromise if you can't afford the more expensive. You can tell by the smell that it's packed full of good foods Contains whole of prey meat, which includes organs and bones - full of nutrients and tasty for the dog. Freeze dried live is also included to make it taste good which may help picky eaters be tempted by it. Dog food advisor gives the whole brand 5 stars. My dogs love it, I alternate with the orijen more expensive brand to keep the cost down a bit. Can be used as treats as tasty and appropriate kibble size. Good sized kibble that slows my dogs eating down compared to other smaller ones. Product well worth the money.

Excellent product for the price, I usually buy Orijin Fit and Trim which is the ultimate dog food for my Chihuahuas but I'm fed up if paying the top premium price for it. Decided I'd try the next best thing, not as excellent quality as Orijin, (I do taste the food) but my two Chihuahuas don't seem to know the difference, their bowls are quickly licked clean.

i usually use the lamb one. but this one is a good addition to what you have and make it a bit more interesting to your dog! i use this dog food since over 5 years in every country i have lived in and my 5kg chihuahua is absolut enjoying it. the brakets are quite big but no problem. sometimes i soak it a bit in water as i think we have to optimise the waterintake when we feed dry food to our little ones <3

I have always given my two Mally’s Acana, and until recently it was Pacifica. But now the change was to weight manage, and very pleasantly surprising has been the instant acceptance by both, and without any upset tummies,. The two pass far less waste, are happily eating this product, AND the weight control is excellent. Highly recommended if seeking a satisfying food that also manages weight !

Acquistate per la mia cagnolina intollerante a diversi alimenti. Soffre di dermatiti ed ha avuto in passato problemi ai reni. Ho acquistato per prova le Light & Fit quando anche le sue solite crocchette di Maiale e riso (altra marca) hanno iniziato a darle fastidio. I sintomi erano evidenti, forfora, prurito nella zona finale della schiena, pelo opaco... Il primo giorno non ne voleva sapere di mangiare le nuove crocchette dell'Acana, ma al secondo giorno ci si è fiondata! Ora sono circa 3 settimane che le utilizziamo, le divora! sopratutto sparita completamente la forfora ed il pelo è perfettamente lucido e morbido!!! Conosce le crocchette Acana di nome, ma provarle è tutt'altra cosa. Sono OTTIME!!!!!!! CONSIGLIATISSIME
