Works great for me! I’m 5’10”, 180 lbs with a thicker athletic build. I got these for my stockings and tall socks to wear with shorts and they worked great for my first wear. Having them on all day and moving a lot I did have to adjust them a few times, which can be expected, but they stay in place really well and look cute folded over.

My daughter loves wearing thigh high socks but needed something to keep them from slipping down her leg. These seemed functional over "cute", so I purchased these. She's has found them to be comfortable and easy to use. I didn't have to explain much for her to intuitively figure out how to size them properly. Now she can happily wear her thigh highs without worrying about them falling down. They're not so thick they interfere with sitting, but not so thin they feel cheaply made. She's a size medium, FYI. If you need garters where function is more important than flair, these work great.

i like that you can adjust it to be comfortable on your skin, the reason for 4 starts it ripped my stocking .

I absolutely love these. Comfortable, not constricting, invisible, eliminates the need for an around the waist garter belt, and eliminates my stockings falling down. I wish I could give a billion stars.

These are my first garters. The first time I wore them, I was happy with how comfortable and sleek they were under my (slightly loose) pencil skirt. They did slip down a little during the day, but it wasn't a big deal. The next time I wore them, with tighter thigh highs, one garter fell off within a minute of getting out of my car going into the office. During my lunch break, heading back into the office, both garters fell off. Extremely embarrassing. They were both on tight (not painfully so but enough). My other thigh highs are plus size with a thicker/fluffier lace top from when I was heavier; not sure if that's why the garters held those up better and not the thigh highs in my size? Either way, these are fine, but not as great as I hoped.

No good. Returned it. It doesn't keep the tights up at all.

Thick thigh lady here! This stays put! I kept my knife (sheathed) in it so that I had it on me while exploring new cities. Stayed on my leg and in place all night.
