I absolutely love these Mora ceramic flat pasta bowls. They are even more beautiful in person- the color is soft and modern, and they elevate every meal I serve in them. Love these pasta bowl/plates! Their shape is so versatile that we use them as our dinner plates too! They are very durable but on the lighter weight side and beautiful! Awesome muted colors as well! I decided to order more dishes after loving these so much!

These are absolutely beautiful plates with a wonderful feel and look more expensive than they are. I am 85 and have had many beautiful sets of dishes over the years which I now have given to my sons. I have been eating off of plastic and paper plates!😟. I was shopping for salad bowls—-saw these and HAD to have them. They are perfect for salad, an appetizer or fruit/cheese plate —-and especially for PASTA. No more drippy sauces rolling off my plate as I take it to my sofa-side table where I eat. They stack evenly, go thru DW very well, look great with modern stainless tableware—-and I love the creamy white. I also bought the flat bottom bowls. I may buy something else! But——I’m supposed to be “downsizing”😉

First these plates come incredibly well packed..so they arrived in great condition. I also have a set of these in vanilla so this is my second purchase. The plates are sturdy, very attractive, and well made. They are a generous size and work great with dishes that are a little “saucey” and need a taller rim… like salads or pastas. The rim is not so large that it gets in the way however…not like a bowl. I saved pieces of the packing material to place between each bowl when I stack them so that they don’t scratch…that may not really be necessary but I love them so much I want them to last!

I bought a set of 4 pasta bowls from another company. 3 arrived broken due to zero packaging. Mora packs these plates like they were precious dishes. The pasta bowls are superb - easily able to hold pasta, salad and garlic bread. Makes a nice entree salad plate. We also bought the ramekins to use these plates for chips & dip. I plan to use these plates as a cookie plate for parties. They clean up like a breeze. You will need to use something underneath them to avoid scratches on your counter or table. One of my best dish-ware buys.

These are nearly perfect for me. Their bottoms are flat and the flat area is as wide as on my full-sized dinner plates. The low, nearly vertical rim is low enough to allow food to be easily cut in the bottom of the bowl with the dinner knife, and yet the rim is tall enough and steep enough that a suacey meal does not slop out of the bowl ( as it did with my dinner plates) and if someone lifts the bowl and drinks the sauce, the sauce doesn't poor over the drinker's lap ( as happened with my dinner plates). My only concern (the reason for 4 stars of sturdiness) is that the bottoms are either unglazed or rough glazed. When I stack the bowls there is a conspicous grinding noise between the bottom of the upper bowl and the rim of the lower bowl, and I think over time that the bowls rim will become scratched and hazed. So I have to use a pad between each stacked bowl, and I find that a nuisance that could have been avoid if the bowl's outside smooth glaze had extended to the underside of the bowl. The teracotta appearance looks nice, but is less functional than I had desired.

I've had them for about six months now and they've held up perfectly. No chips, no cracks, no issues at all. They’re also very practical. The wide, flat shape with the high edge makes them ideal for pasta and salads. They’re microwave safe and easy to clean, which is a big plus for everyday use. Overall, they’re both pretty and functional—a great addition to the kitchen.
