Joico Power Sculpting Gel | Fast-Drying & Add Shine | Resist Humidity & Control Frizz | For Most Hair Types

I’ve been a solid true Joico hair gel user for over 30 years. Within the past two months, Joico had “re-imaged” their packaging (looks younger) and reformulated their Joico Joigel (now it's way too perfume-y and sharp smelling) to meet the “next” generation of potential customers. There’s nothing wrong with making premium salon quality hair products look contemporary but when you change an already great gel & non-intrusive, non-invasive scent into a overly-bright, in-your-face strong, lower-quality strip mall-ish perfume-y scent, then it’s time to find another boutique quality hair products manufacturer. I miss the premium Joico quality, their formulas and their platform. Now I'm expecting to see Joico being more common, mass merchandise hair product sellers that will complete with more middle of the road competitive brands, something like LA Looks. Not that there is anything wrong or bad about mass merchandise but I didn’t really expect Joico to lower their quality AND still demand their premium pricing. This is a sad & disappointing marketing change. Maybe a lot of people my age don’t have enough hair or shelf-life for their company’s profit strategy? Lol! I thank Joico for the past 30 years of making my hair look, stay, feel, perform and smell great. Bye bye premium formula Joico

Joico Power Sculpting Gel 10 works the very best for my hair which is fine in Nevada's dry climate. It's the only one, and I've used it for years - I love it! Thank you, Susan Lockwood 9/13/21

I've medium length (2" to 2.5" long) full head of hair & I use a nickle to quarter size dollop of this product - to provide great hold all day long. Shampoos easily and cleanly the next morning or later the evening after application. Best product of its type I've ever discovered.

This is the first time I have tried this product. It works really well but the only downside to it is if you use to much it is like glue in your hair. I discovered by trial and error that just a very small amount works perfect. It is very concentrated so I mean a very small amount. I have short hair and this product is perfect for holding the style that you want.

If you are looking for glue for your hair, look no further. All joking aside, I've gotten this product many times. A little goes a looong way. Highly recommend it if "hold" is what you are looking for.

The gel has good holding power. I find it a good value for the money. It does not get flaky as it tries - easy to wash out in the shower.

I have really short hair and it doesn’t want to do anything that I want it to, which is why I buy Joico sculpting gel, as it puts my hair in the place that I want it and my hair actually stays! I love it!

It works. But, it isn't cheap
