Good vitamin
We bought this for our toddler that is a picky eater. We were able to get him to take it in his chocolate milk. He did well in this one, but it didn’t last as long as we had hoped so we switched him to a different vitamin from this brand.

Very oily.
The benefit I guess is that you can mix it in food or water. But, I almost prefer the culturelle powder because this leaves a film on anything they drink. The oil remains in the surfacd of the cup or bowl; making me uncertain of how much she gets in the long run.

I love the wide variety of strains in this probiotic. ❤️👏🏽It contains multiple b.strains which is lacking in many people's guts these days according to research. I really like that it specifically contains the b infantis strain which is linked to dairy intolerance. I didn't taste it myself so I don't know if it has a taste but my toddler does not mind taking it by itself. 🌿
