Q: What are the ingredients in the Mushroom Hot Chocolate? I don't see them listed anywhere.

Here's what I see beneath the box that says Nutrition Facts: Organic Cacao Powder, Organic Coconut Mild Powder, Oranic Lucuma, Organic 5 defenders (TM) Mushroom Blend (RealturkeyTail, RealReishi, RealMaitake, RealShiitake, RealChaga) (each of those 5 has a trade mark symbol) Oganic Acacia, Himalayan Salt, Organic Vanilla. My son-in-law, who collects wild mushrooms & know a lot about mushrooms, really likes this brand.

Our Mushroom Hot Chocolate does not have any magnesium :)

Q: why does the unsweetened have more calories than the sweetened? Other than sweeteners what is the difference?

Hi, Great Question! The difference between the two is that the original Hot Chocolate has Organic Coconut Sugar, and the Unsweetened version has Organic Coconut Milk Powder, Organic Lucuma and Organic Acacia. Coconut Milk powder is high in calories which is why the unsweetened is slightly higher in calories. I hope this helps! -RM Team
