Great yoke for the price. Multiple use when space is an issue. Also easy to disassemble to get out of way.

We love our yoke! My only complain is that is seems to need to be re-tightened fairly often compared to our other equipment.

Solid product. Very functional. Well made. Only negative I have is that it was a lengthy process to find the j cups in stock.

The Titan T-3 yoke, which seems identical in blue print to the Rogue R-3 yoke and it's main competitor comes in at a better price point, but what you get with a lower price point you compromise with customer service.One of the issues I had was involving the Jcups. The yoke is advertised as easily convertible to a squat rack, yet does not come with Jcups, which are the necessary component to convert it to a squat rack. Not to mention, Titan Jcups are frequently out of stock and when you e-mail Titan, they can't even give you an estimation when the Jcups will be available. Rogue on the other hand, for a small increase in price, comes with the Jcups. So after buying the Titan Yoke, buying cheap (inadequate) Jcups from a non-Titan vendor, and the price I will have to pay to get the Titan manufactured Jcups when they are available... I would have paid nearly the same amount as a yoke straight from Rogue.Save yourself the hassle, get Rogue.

If you are looking for a simple yoke that you can use for stones, yoke walk, yoke press, and all your other strongman needs: this is it. Have loaded it to 501lbs so far and everything is solid with no instability caused from poor craftsmanship.
