Put this in a cold, in the winter, conservatory. It was easy to get installed into existing sockets as it replaced two old heaters which had had their day. This heater does look much more stylish than the old ones. It does get warm very quickly and will cut of at the set temperature. It has several features which I don't use but would be very useful if you need them, timers etc. A good build quality which I hope will last many years.

The heater is ok I think? I am still trying to get my head round the timer and what some of the controls mean. It pumps heat out when on I just don’t know how to operate the timer or overnight? The problem is it came without instructions, or to be precise with instructions for a different heater. I requested the instructions (a multi page document) from the seller. Having asked twice and waited 5 days for a response, on a website that states they will get back with a meaningful reply in 24 hours! The reply was a very short ‘turn it on select the temp with the up and down arrows and it stays at that temp till you turn it off’. There are other controls and a timer that other reviewers describe as complex, to say nothing of fitting restrictions and safety. Dreadful customer service, fancy me having the audacity to request the instruction booklet that should have come with a new item!

We live in a bungalow with a large master bedroom with a radiator only one end. The room at the end always feels cold because of 2 outside walls with 2 large windows. My husband suggested getting this heater as oppose to installing another radiator. We have fixed it to the wall (with the included wall fixings) under the window. I have done it one side so when you walk in the room you don’t see it because of the bed. I am really impressed. It’s a really powerful unit for the size. It’s slim and fuss free. You can set the temperature and the function I really like is that it automatically cuts out the power if it recognises you have opened the window. Highly recommend and has solved an issue inexpensively.

It’s gets warm very quickly and was easy to install, the only problem I have is the noise, it clangs when warming up or cooling, I can’t have it on during the night as it keeps me awake

Excellent radiator, heats the room quickly and efficient thermostat. No silly WiFi rubbish to complicate matters.
