One of my reindeer burned out into the beginning of the second season.
Love the silhouette of the reindeer and the style. They take up minimal storage space which was exactly what I was looking for. They are really cute. I was not happy that one burned out so quickly given the fact that it was only turned on for a few weeks. At the beginning of the second season one of the reindeer burned out. I reached out to the company to ask if they could possibly give me a replacement. I never heard back from them.They are adorable but I won't invest in a new pair since I am worried the samething will happen. Right now I have the one reindeer in the yard. Will see how long it last.Customer service is very poor. It would have been nice if someone responded to my email.
