Calcium 400mg and Magnesium 200mg, Supports Muscle & Bone Health, 120 Vegan Tablets, 4 Months Supply

I have been taking these for about a year now. I take them to help alleviate dips in breastmilk supply and lack of letdowns during menstruation and ovulation times. And for restless legs. They really help. I ran out recently and a delivery went astray so I bought some from Holland and Barrett. The ones from H&B were supposed to be much higher dose but they are far less effective. My restless legs came straight back and I had days of trouble with my milk supply. Back on these now and hoping to get back on track. Very good supplements.

As someone who is not very fond of milk, I take these to try and ensure that I have an adequate intake of calcium to keep my bones strong. Studies suggest that calcium supplements might help prevent bone loss, might help with fat loss, might help lower the risk of colon cancer and might help improve metabolic markers. I buy these as they seem to be good value compared with others available on the market, particularly if bought under Amazon’s subscribe and save feature.

Before i tried these i was using a different brand which were good but i ran out and looked for something more cost effective. I found these after using the biotin ones for a long time with great success.. i find these are better and much more preferred for swallowing.. i would buy again.

Just calcium and magnesium about 50% of my daily intake, I get the rest through diet. Tablets are on the large side, fine for me but my wife or son would struggle. I would recommend a tablet cutter for people that can't swallow the full size tablet.

It's difficult to say whether these are helping, as I'm taking them to support bone health. The magnesium isn't the best type, and not easily absorbed, but I think it's suppose to help the calcium absorb better. That said, only 3 stars, because I gag every time, they're just too big. I will see this pack through, but I won't buy again.

I believe that this is the type of magnesium that helps with digestion as well. I know there are different names for it. Not for me this product, however I received excellent customer care
